Q: Can this lotion be used on the face and neck?

I’m sure it can but they have a specific lotion product for the face and neck. FYI- I like the face and neck lotion but was not impressed with the body lotion. It was no better then lotions at your drug store. My skin looked a felt dry within the same day of using it.

Q: Does it help dry and itchy skin?

It may. I do not have those issues and enjoy the lotion for every day moisturizer. Good luck.
