That is what I use these for. Whir them for a minute or two in my food processor. I still have to buy the extra-fine almond flour, but most recipes say you can use almond meal. I love to use it as a coating, mixed with seasoning, for chicken pieces. I then place them on a baking rack and stick them in the oven. So delicious!

They were very tasty and fresh. I was planning on using them for biscotti but they were too small for the cookies. They looked like they were bigger chopped almonds. I ended up using them for yogurt, salads, cereal, etc.
