i love it
i like it alot. its cheap, it works, its heavy enough, nothing was damaged, the gloves are great, the grip trainer is also cool. The only thing i kinda dislike is how big it is and how long it takes for the supporting screw to come out but its good if you dont wanna change the weight of it again and again.

Totally Waste of money
There are not all things as shown in photo and it is like very cheap quality because it us made up of low quality of plastic from which sand comes out.No need to buy this until you belongs to rich family

good for if u have low budget otherwise go for the steel ones
pros- hand gripper and jumping rope is good -good for beginnerscons- material of the dumbells is worst they used cheap plastic, -i have some bumps on my dumbells,luckily there is no holes in it - you have to be careful with dumbells they can break easily , may last for 1 or 2 years - handgloves are bad, i feel irritated while using itinbox items-there are 4 dumbells with 2.5 kg each and two barbells , 1 hand gripper,1 skipping rope, 1 handgloves

One Set Of Dumble Is Of Worst Quality... Gloves Is Of No Use Very Small Poor Quality... Arm Stretcher & Rope Is OK

The product was good. Good for beginners. But the only thing is. After setting the thumbles, when we dp exercise, the nut suddenly starts getting loose, and again I have to tight it. This was not good. But it's best product
