Very nice quality. I find the pot holders a little large for a medium women's hand. I used them for the first time tonight and compared them to my Kevlar gloves that I've used for years. Although the Kevlar gloves fit a little better I think I will get more use out of the silicone gloves. I especially like that I can wash them after using them to take hot food out of the oven. I don't wash the Kevlar gloves as often as I'd like because they have to be air dried. Another positive is that I will feel safer using these gloves while pouring boiling water from a pot or releasing steam from my pressure cooker. I will probably buy more as gifts.

I love my gloves! I have them airing out right now but have used them. Where were they all of the years when I needed them?! These potholders really stand up to the heat. They are comfortable, and aren't cumbersome like I thought they'd be. I especially like them when I'm getting bacon, since I tend to splatter grease on my hands when I'm frying it. These gloves withstand up to 445 degree temp and even with the hottest pans I haven't felt a thing, very protective. Tonight I took baked potatoes out of the oven when I was wearing them. I've moved the hot oven rack while while wearing them and didn't feel a thing. They are also slip resistant. I wash them in soapy water and then air dry them by putting them in the dish drainer, fingers up so any water inside the gloves will run out and they'll dry inside as well as the outside. These are made well and the possibilities of uses is endless.

We took these out of the box and rinsed them in warm water, as the box instructions say, then let them sit overnight to dry. The next day -- the first time we used them -- my wife put them on while taking a cookie sheet out of the oven. Her hand started to burn almost immediately. I then tried them on and also picked up the sheet, and sure enough, these gloves let heat pass through very quickly to where it was very uncomfortable on my palm. I had to put the sheet down quickly to avoid being burned. There are lots of positive reviews on here for these gloves -- and maybe they're legit -- but the pair of gloves that I received did not work for me. We will probably use them on flat surfaces to set hot pans and pots on top of, but these aren't suitable (for us anyway) to be used as oven mitts. I also found them to be a bit snug for myself (a 48-year old male).

Hands get hot when handling things out of the oven, this is not safe to 450 degrees.

hi i've buy this gloves back in March 2016. However i was taking out the 2 baking sheets for the oven in 425F, the first tray is good but as soon asi grab the 2ed tray I felt an extreme burning sensation near the tip of my thumb. After taking off the gloves, I could see there was a red mark on my finger where I felt the burning. and now i pass the 30 day return policies !!!

These gloves are very bad. We tried to use them for the first time. Took a glass dish out of the oven and could hardly hold it for a few seconds. Wanted to use them to carry the hot dish across the street to a party. My hand got so hot I had to set the dish down and fetch a towel. Very disappointed.

I purchased this as a birthday present for someone, so when I received it on time but did not receive the whole package I was was very upset and felt ripped off! It did not come with any info for the free downloadable recipe book and no coupon for a restaurant! I could have paid less money for just a pair of gloves but I picked this item and paid more because it came with these so called extra items! Also, recently becoming a new customer to Amazon I was extremely disappointed that I have in only a few purchases already been ripped off! Don't purchase this if you are expecting to get what is stated!

The gloves and brush are good enough and the eBook is alright. However, the restaurant coupon was emailed to me today, December 13, 2015. First of all, it's 15% off at Red Lobster, which doesn't even have locations in my province. Second of all, it expired on November 8, 2015, over a month ago! They sent me an expired coupon, can you believe it?!I actually meant to buy a different set of silicone gloves but had this tab open and ordered the wrong ones by accident. The gloves are decent but the weird add-ons ruins the experience. Oddly, I'd have been a lot more satisfied with my purchase without the extras.
