I think it actually works!
So my husband told me I kept snoring, HORRIFIED! I had a quick look to see what would work and up popped the anti snore rings. Not wanting to spend loads thought I'd give this a try.I think it works, I don't wake up with a dry mouth and actually seem to sleep better which I can only presume means I'm not snoring as much.

This didn't help in any way and was uncomfortable to wear as it isn't joined so the end parts dig into your finger

My partner snores really badly. It didn’t stop it altogether but it definitely made a huge difference. I would recommend it.

Although it hasn't stopped my snoring, what it has done is given me unbroken sleep.I guess the acupressure side of this is what gives me good, deep sleep, a very good alternative result for me, so I bought a ring for my husband hoping that he'd wear his and get similar results, but he hasn't kept up with it.

Marvellous ring, couldn't believe it worked from the first night. Slept really well as I didn't wake myself up snoring. My partner is over the moon as I didn't keep him awake.
