This makes a very quiet, high pitched sound when you activate it. In an empty, quiet house I could barely hear it at about 20 feet. Outdoors, I walked away 40 feet to activate it, then walked closer to see when I could hear it. The app said it was ringing, but from 40 feet away, it had not activated and it wasn't ringing. Direct line of sighnt, nothing in the way. That means I'd be walking around thinking it was ringing and listening for it while it was silent and doing nothing. This will be useless unless you're looking for something within arm's reach. I'm returning it for a refund.

so I wanted something to track my luggage on a recent trip I took since I had to change planes. I know swiftfinder sells an actual luggage tag but it didnt get the best reviews and I wasn't sure about this product because it was so small but it got such positive reviews so I decided to try it. I just put the item in the inside pocket of my suite case and it absolutely worked. I was very impressed on how well it tracked my luggage. The app is super easy to use. Might be buying this again for my mom for her upcoming trip to FL.

I just got this product today. I have always used tiles in the past. But was tired of paying the outrageous price for the tile. Decided to try this product since it does the same thing at a much more reasonable price. So far, I have been impressed how easy it was to program and use. Much easier then the tile. So far, I have tested it and it has worked well every time. The only reason I gave it four stars what's because I am not sure how long it will last. I hope it lasts a long time. But so far, I highly recommend this product.

i found it's features useful for finding my phone or keys when either was lost.problem was the key chain piece would randomly beep for seemingly no good reason. and it just kept doing it all day, all the damn time. beep beep beep. when it was sitting in my pocket with my phone. i wouldn't even touch it and it kept going off like an obnoxious little cricket on my keys.I tried to find a way to silence it, but no matter what i did it just kept going off for no reason. until at last I got so tired of the whiny thing I just thew it in a damn recycle bin and left it for the plant. I'm sure it's off doing it's best to annoy as many garbage men as it can as we speak. but at least I don't have that obnoxious chirping in my pocket anymore.

I noticed that the tag was disconnecting from my phone each time I close the app. I wrote customer service and they told me they ONLY have an ‘auto’ function on android phones. Meaning that on iPhones you MUST keep the app constantly running in the background in order for the tag to stay connected to your phone. I can’t do that for battery reasons so it’s now essentially useless if I misplace my phone. So if you close the app and lose your phone, you won’t be able to use the ‘find’ function

I bought two of these because I always lose track of my keys and wallet. The major flaw with these it’s that the chime is always freaking out. I thought that one just might have been defective but they both do it. I can’t keep my keys in my pocket without them chiming all day. I was really optimistic about these but they ended up being a let down.

I purchased two. One had a dead battery. Set up was confusing because the brand name is not directly noted on app. It is other. Once I went on line and read those instructions things were better. The box instructions were marginal.

I went through two. Both broke within a few weeks or months and never worked when I needed them. I’m done with this garbage.
