Otimo 12Ft 6-Outlet Power Strip AC125V 14AWG Black - Office or Home Plug Extension

Nice to have a long cord with a full 14 awg cable so you can load the strip just like an outlet. It mounts easily (using your own screws), with 4 screw slots. The outlets are close together, so they are nicely compact for plugging in other cords, but you will not have enough room for adjacent wall-wart power transformers. The safety covers rotate and you either need to know the orientation of your neutral blade or you may need to do a few tries to get the plug to go in. My experience is that the receptacles are firm, but not overly so. I read other reviews about difficulty plugging in devices. I did not experience that at all, but if they did not line up the safety cover "just right" you will not plug a cord in. I am pulling one star because I think it would be more convenient if there were some kind of index marks on the safety covers and the housing so you can line them up a bit more easily. The switch/breaker feels firm and cleanly "clicks" on and off. I dropped mine from chest height onto a cement floor, and it survived just fine with just a tiny scuff. The description is clear, but just to echo it, this is a power strip and NOT a surge protector. Great for tools on a workbench.

I love this, it's hidden under my desk and the black makes it hardly noticeable. Arrived in perfect condition and you can twist the top of the plug to leave it open or hide it - which is a nice touch. Works great!

Great. Has a cover on each outlet that blocks it out unless turned towards the holes. All the outlets are facing sideways (facing towards the left and right of the long sides rather than the short end), so more can fit! When I first started using it, I wondered why until I was able to successfully fill almost all the outlets with plugs. Good buy for me.The only downside is that sometimes it can be hard to plug things in. A first push can get you a good 90% of the way until you have to almost pop it in the last 10%. I'm not sure if this issue might go away later through use. What this might mean though, is a secure fit rather than loose plugs always coming undone.

Works pretty well, some nice features that it has include on/off switch, outlets oriented such that they don't get in the way of each other (if you have those chargers that are bulky), and a 12ft cord which is sufficiently long.One thing that I would have liked is if it came with drywall anchors and screws, as I wanted to mount this to the wall. The outlet strip has holes in the back which allows mounting onto screws, but unfortunately didn't come with any screws. Seems like an easy thing for them to include.

I couldn't find a power strip with a long enough cord in the stores. This 12 ft cord was just what I was looking for and is more than long enough for what I needed. I didn't realize the power strip had "safety" plugs that you have to swivel to push the plugs into the power strip. It was very hard to get the plugs in and I had to get some help. It still works great but if I had known that I would have gotten one without that feature.

It's really hard to get the plugs in and out. It's probably because it appears to be inherently baby safe so that you can close off the plug spots just by turning the wheel at the plug area but i have mine hanging upside down under a desk and i find this to be very difficult.High quality, though.Very good if you're not really actively plugging and unplugging.

This has worked out and held up well for me. Nice to find a power strip with such a long cord. I ran it under the couch to the side of the room without a plug. Able to use my lightning chargers in it and I get fast results.

A little annoying that there is no way to use 2 in the same outlet, seems like it should be noted more clearly on the packaging since 2 were purchased at the same time.
