Pyramid (DK Eyewitness Books) Hardcover – March 21, 2011

I dare you to open an Eyewitness book and be able to close it again anytime soon. If you have even just a passing fancy to its subject matter, you'll be sucked inside its contents like a dust bunny is to a Dyson.They have a knack for always having fantastic pictures with detailed captions and good, basic background knowledge. Will you be an expert on the subject after you ARE able to shut the book? No, of course not. But you will have learned a thing or two about something or other that you can teach someone else, and what's wrong with that?

DK does a great job presenting their subjects. This book was our companion for bedtime reading for about 2 weeks. My only wish is that it spent more time on Mesoamerica.

This is a nice book DK book, plenty to keep the kid occupied, he loves reading it.
