This didn't work for me. I have a couple varieties of plums and pluot that I tried it with. If the fruit was still firm enough to can or freeze then it wouldn't push the pit through. If the fruit was over ripe and soft it would pop the pit out but smash the fruit in the process. I tried to return it but the international shipping was more than $40 and Amazon would only refund up to $20. I tried contacting the seller to work out an arrangement and didn't hear back from them. Now I'm stuck with this useless piece of equipment. Maybe if you have free stone fruit it would work but then I think just cutting the fruit would be easier.

Thankfully a lot smaller than the picture. Size of about a liter bottle of water. Built very good, German made, right!I like it’s easy to use and clean design.Looking forward to next years’ season.

Durable, easy to use and does a great job.

We tried pitting small plums. It was unable to remove the pits from about half. The other half had more plum left on the pit than there was to put in the pie we were baking. A worthless product.

Dovevo snocciolare 60 kg di prugne. Con questo tipo di snocciolatore, spesso il nocciolo del frutto si scheggia in punta, lasciando piccoli frammenti poco visibili che diventano pericolosi per i denti a confetture ultimate. Il principio di funzionamento dell'oggetto non garantisce il risultato voluto. Sto utilizzando una pinza da idraulico progettata per montare e smonbtare raccordi plastici. Si è rivelata ben funzionante per lo scopo. La neccessità aguzza l'ingenio...Lo snocciolatore l'ho restituito.
