Does its job
This dissolves every stain on my hardwood floors. It works well yet is gentle. No need to rinse. The quirt bottle is easy to use and the nozzle sprays it more like a spray so it covers well.

Leaves an amazing shine but made floor slippery.
This added a shine to my linoleum floor. That is a major plus. My floor looked super clean.The problem? It made my floor slick. Any friction that would normally be there when I walk is gone. It is now a fall hazard. I'm sad. I love the shine, but the slippery surface is not so great.
