Recently received this 1000 packet box of Xylitol. We're quite satisfied with this product. Had previously bought several smaller boxes just to try it out. Both my wife and I find that we can't detect any difference in taste from cane sugar and it dissolves just as readily. Yeah, its a bit more expensive than cane sugar but we do like our sweets and this products allows us to enjoy without the concern. Worth it to us.

Xylitol is the closest thing to sugar that I have found, but it's much better for you and comes with benefits like fighting plaque in your mouth. My dentist even recommended it. I have tried a variety of brands, but keep coming back to Health Garden for the value, convenience (I love the packets that I can put in my purse), and taste.

Made in the USA from Birch not corn ... and Kosher to boot. The taste is as expected - sweet like sugar with no yucky aftertaste. Truthfully, I cant tell the difference between this and any other xylitose I've used, but I like the peace of mind of knowing where it comes from. Delivery and packaging was good. The granule size appears to be the same as all the others; perhaps it is a bit more course, but I usually use raw sugar which is even bigger... so it's not a deal breaker for me. Overall, very pleased.

I used to use a different brand but their source changed so I thought I'd try this one (made in USA and not from corn) but it is a complete waste of money and NO RETURNS!The individual packets had more in them than the previous brand and thought it might be too sweet. I didn't notice with one packet in my tea so I added a second and even then it was only barely noticeable.When my wife tried it (without a comment from me ) she found the same thing.Xylitol is a good product but don't waste your money this brand.

I like this product, very tasty and great with coffee. Why 3 stars? Well, my last purchase contained 9 empty packets. That's right - 20% of the packets did not have any sweetener in them. I searched the box for a telephone number or email address I could call to report the empty packets but, surprise, no contact information whatsoever. I'm disappointed at the lack of quality control and customer service.

I read about this sweetner in a health and nutrition book so I decided to try it. This brand is quite nice and the crystals are larger than refined sugar. I like that it isn’t a powder for whatever reason. I use the entire packet for my tea but my husband uses half a packet for his espresso and said the sweetness is just right. The packet paper is durable enough to use a small binder clip to keep closed or a small paperclip without tearing. The weight of the sugar crystals is also heavier and I find that appealing for some reason. It is a regular item on our Subscribe and Save list.

I have been using Xylitol for years as a substitute for regular cane sugar. It tastes just like regular sugar but is very low glycemic and virtually no calories. The brand I was buying at the health food store went out of business so I tried this and was not disappointed. This is made from birch which is the preferred Xylitol.
