FYI this product is hot. So if chiles are not to you taste avoid this. I thought this would be sweet and mild ginger. Could be good for those who are more used to hot peppers 🌶

A super hot - though I've had and enjoyed hotter - sauce that delights the tongue. You get the kick and it is really tasty, but it doesn't linger so you just can't help but go back for more. Use sparingly until you understand the nuance of the sauce. Yum! Great for the milder proteins like chicken and pork - or use a little to kick up a salsa - but I really think it's best when you just dip your protein bite into the sauce. VERY happy to find it on Amazon because I can't get it locally. The vendor was prompt and the packaging was perfect.

Slightly sweet. Nice heat. Definitely for mexican, thai, jamaican food. I tried it on eggs. A nice compliment if you like hot sauce with your eggs. Will buy again when I'm out.
