rolled tube body vs machined. slightly uneven.
Not 100% evident from the pictures, but these are manufactured from steel tube that is rolled over at the ends to form the threads.. not a full machined body like most standoffs, or even a machined/threaded insert like the pictures elude to. This leaves only 1-2 threads deep for the cap to hold onto.. not a huge deal as standoffs don't normally carry any load, just something to be aware of when comparing to other products. Not a horrible product, but also not an exceptional one. they should work fine for a cheap client installation.

Bad hardware.
Worked perfectly for hanging a back-lit plexiglass sign I made for my son. Gave 4stars because I had to get different hardware to hang these as the anchors were too flimsy and the screws too short. Other than having to purchase new hardware... perfect!

High quality standoff
Standoffs are great. Recommend investing in higher quality drywall anchors for heavier items - make sure the screw heads aren’t too big.
