Good for anyone with feet.
Love this. Helped my feet acclimate to bare foot lifestyle. I believe it helped mobilize the joints in my feet. I am continuing to use this. My kids love it too.Very durable and well made IMO. Have had for three months. One rocks did crack and then I had to pullout off. But it's a natural product and I expect this ..and it was only one. And then there is a patch kit with extra stones. They thought of everything. The glue is super strong. I have tried to remove more rocks just to see if I could get them off but they don't budge. 👍🏼👍🏼
