Emeril 19-Piece Hollow Handle & Forged Steel 19-Piece Knife Set

I love Emeril from when I've seen him on TopChef. Yes, that played into my purchasing decision.The knives feel of high quality in my hand. They're very sharp, classy, and have a durable weight to it.Word to the wise: the knives will get rust spots if you leave them in the dishwasher too long (as the water lingers on the knives). The solve is to put away your dishes immediately when the washer cycle is complete. Yes, I know the knives state "not dishwasher safe"... we're gonna throw 'em in the wash regardless :)

I was looking for something solid feeling in my hand, and well made. I’ve really enjoyed these knives. They’re beautifully made, lightweight, but not cheap feeling, they haven’t had any rust spots and they’re super sharp. Great value for what you get! I would totally give these as a gift.

I love this knife set. The balance of the handle makes the knives easy to hold and the blades are very sharp. Since there is no wooden handle, the knives are easy to clean. The look of the knife set goes great with the rest of my stainless steel appliances. The price was very reasonable and the quality is top notch, making the set a great value.

Thought that a stainless steel set would be a little more resistant to rust than they are. One night accidentally left in the sink and it rusted along every point of contact along the handle and blade. Also, each knife has a weird sticky residue in shipping. Hard to get off, which vigorous scrubbing on a brand new sharp knife edge makes for a slow, tedious process right out of the box. Otherwise, great knifes. Look great, solid handle and tang so that no water seeps into anywhere to hide and rust and then leak out later. They cut well.

I was looking for a knife set to match my bread box and paper towel holder. This one is amazing! I was worried that it would be too light because the stock photos show it much lighter, but other photos in the reviews convinced me to purchase. I was worried about the quality of ready some reviews but I had no damaged knives and everything was screwed on right side up. It does have a lot of sawdust when receiving f but a blow dryer gets it out all the nooks and crannies.

I've only had the knives for about a week and a half (will come back for another review if need be). The knives came a day after I ordered them. They are the sharpest and easiest knives I have ever used. Great deal for the price. They look great and feel great too.

This set is very very nice. I love it and I mean love! We have had these for a couple months they are lovely beautifully made and very sturdy. They fell nice in your had too. Love them simply the best!

These were affordable and high quality which is hard to find. I love the way they are all stainless steel with no gap between the handle and knife blade for gunk to build up in. Great deal!
