A very awesome portable monitor when it works the way it's supposed to.Pros:-Solid build quality (dense Aluminum and strong glass)-Doesn't take much to power it. Used powerbanks ranging from 5000 may to 30,0000 each with varying output voltages. All worked for Nintendo switch, using a Samsung Note 9 in Dex and mirroring mode, as well as using the monitor as a second screen for a Windows laptop.-Good image quality. In most cases it was hard to tell that the resolution was in fact full HD (1920 X1080) and the brightness of the display is more than adequate.-4 usb-C ports one with PD. Two additional usb-C ports above for external devices (keyboard, mouse, etc)-Any cable you could ever need (Usb-C to dual Usb- Type A female for legacy devices as well as an HDMI cable) is given right in the box including a Usb-C to Usb-C cable that funtions like the dock for the Nintendo Switch (dock not needed at all)-Case that comes in the box is okay and has a strong adhesive to hold the monitorCons:-Case seemingly cannot hold the weight of the montior under Conditions where the weight of it is shifted ie: plane ride or table on a non-level floor. Solved this by using Velcro strips on the bottom of the montior and on the surface of the case.-Buttons on the left for controlling various aspects of display aren't labeled. This can cause confusion when trying to control things like brightness and or sharpness if display.-Intermitant issue we're the monitor will not function perfectly when using Samsung Dex with all funtions (touchscreen and triggering if Dex) present causing the power source to have to be connected and disconnected till they do. Nintendo Switch would not show up on display when having this issue sometimes.-Port for power (Usb-C port with PD) is very loose on my unit making it so I must keep whichever powersource being used very steady as any significant shift would cause the monitor to turn off and add to the above issue once connected again.-Monitor is a little heavy and thick and can be a problem depending on the type of bag being used to carry it. This was carried with other devices on a trip to different countries in Asia and accounted for most of the weight in my bag-Rare but significant image cutout issue we're screen goes dark for a few seconds and comes back. Can be an issue when being used with the switch. Might possibly be due to the type of powersoure being used so it might be best to use with the original powersource for the device that is being connected.Overall it's recommend this monitor to anybody looking into an all in one portable solution for theNintendo SwitchSamsung and or Android devices with HDMI over Usb-C functionalityWindows laptops (Surfacebook is what I use)

This is a very nice display. After using it for 2-3 months in several applications.In windows 10, over hdmi it took a little while to get it just right, but does work very well. Picture quality is very high. The little folio case it comes with supports the box well too. It took me several tries to get the right combo of cords. However once I did the multi touch is reliable enough and the screen is quick enough for a video game.On a Nintendo switch, it worked well for me.On a Mac , over hdmi, the screen worked as a display. With usb connected the touch screen showed up as a Wacom tablet and worked with no extra sw needed.On a raspberry pi, a clean install of raspian detected the touchscreen ( after finding same combo of cords as windows and Mac) and worked fine. Overscan meant that at edges the touch and picture didn’t line up.It came with a bunch of cords and a pen. Haven’t tried pen. Cords were all okay if short. Usb c cords were not a great fit in some ports and came loose during use. Once I supplied my own cords things work much better.All told a very nice large display with touchscreen that works as well as you can ask in any platform. Big fan, highly recommended.

This screen is a great screen if you are in need of a second screen for you laptop on the road. It is about the same size as my 15.6” Mac Book Pro. It worked out of the box as a single point touchscreen for my Mac. I did have to use a hdmi cable and the usb to usb-c cable to connect as my Mac does not have a usb-c port. I have not been able to find a Mac OS X driver to allow for multi-touch function. For my work as a designer it works great and is just what I needed.

I bought this monitor for working from home. It is best match with laptop PC and quality of monitor is awesome. Set-up is easy if PC has USB-C. Just plug it! This save my work at home a lot. Thank you!

All around great product. Powerful, versatile, and portable. Great build quality. Buy a new USB C cord. The included one glitched. It doesn't stay in great so you have to plug it in and not move it.

It’s great - only thing I am not in love with is the hdmi connector on the side - it seems to fall out too easily - other than that it’s good

As long as this monitor works it is great - for me it stopped working in one month. There are fancy buttons on it that are really decorative.....I have emailed support will let you know what they say???

I compared many portable monitors before deciding to purchase this one - some less expensive, some more so. The product I received is branded as MageDok T156D.The monitor comes in a tough semi-glossy cardboard box with a magnetic closure - definitely not something to just throw away.A thoughtful assortment of cables is provided to get you connected in almost any configuration. I only had to add for myself a 3.5mm M-M cable to use an external speaker.I love that it draws power from USB-C unlike some other monitors I looked at requiring 12V DC. The power requirement for this according to the manual is 5V 2A, so it can be powered by most modern power banks. Furthermore, with a bit higher draw the monitor can also power devices which are connected to its USB-C data port.Functionality is excellent. Plug and play with immediate results with my wife's S20+ via Samsung DEX, Nintendo Switch via USB-C, and my Windows 10 laptop via HDMI. Touch input on Windows was plug and play, although any touch input registers on the primary display so this monitor needs to be set as primary. The monitor does seem to be sensitive to cable standards, as the display worked with my laptop when using the provided HDMI-miniHDMI cable, but not with another older HDMI cable and mini-adapter that I had on hand.The screen is bright, clear, and with a good viewing angle. Colours are vibrant.The onboard speakers are a bit weak, but that's where the 3.5mm port becomes useful.75mm VESA mounting holes are a nice bonus that I did not find on many other competitors.I have only a few other small niggles with the screen.- it does not seem to retain any changes to settings (e.g. brightness) between power cycles- the provided case works OK in certain positions but is just a bit too slippery to work in a wider range of positions. There are three spots on the case where the bottom of the screen can rest. The nearest position is unusable as the angle is too acute and the screen slides forward. The furthest position is extremely sensitive to where the backside support is placed, and the back surface of the monitor is quite slippery so again it is not confidence-inspiring. The middle position is the only relatively safe position. I would have more confidence putting this on some kind of portable reading stand.Very pleased with my choice of purchasing this monitor. For a modest increase in price over the cheapest other monitors available, you get a much more complete feature set (touch, USB-C power input, 3.5mm output, VESA-compatibility).

I compared every 15.6 Touchscreen Monitor I could find on Amazon.ca and decided to go with this one due to the features and price. I have not been disappointed. Firstly the build quality seems solid and picture quality meets my needs. I'm using it as a third monitor showing flight instruments from a flight simulator running on the second monitor. It's connected to a USB dock via the HDMI for video and USB for power. I had to do it this way since the HDMI port on my laptop was already taken by the second monitor. Everything is working as I had hoped. The only setup issue I had was I needed to make this monitor my main in order to get the touchscreen to work. This is most likely due to my setup, my laptop has a touchscreen but the second monitor is not. Can't comment on the sound quality or the durability of the cover as I'm not using either. Overall quite happy with the purchase.

I am thrilled about this screen. I took a chance on it. I use DellP2418ht touch screens and I use Planar PCT2235 screens for mixing live performance and broadcasting, and this some how beats both of them in touch response. This is the only small screen like this with VESA mounting holes, which is why I got it. If they update this model, I would like a narrower bezel and soft touch OSD instead of buttons on the side, but Ill manage for such a low price. The packaging was better than expected. Came with all of the cables you need. I'm ordering a few more. Can't beat this. OH! AND No stupid logo on the front of the device!! Every other company that makes screens, please take note!

I bought this monito for my work. I used the USB C cable to connect the monitor with my HP Envy laptop. It works as expected. The quality of the monitor is great. The image is sharp and bright and the touch capacity responsive. Also, the delivery is fast.

Just recieved my screen and it has massive manufacturing defects! So disappointed 😭
