I asked for this for Christmas and the other half got me the one for makeup instead. We sold that unit and I bought this one. It is very heavy duty. The quality is good--the hangers are super heavy duty--even better than the original unit--and that one was good. It has a light in the top inside (though I haven't added batteries yet, so I can't speak on the quality). Lot's of room for rings, plenty of room for necklaces. It could definitely use more room for bracelets. I can store them on the hooks, but I'd rather keep the hooks available for necklaces. It has a lot of room for earrings, though it's hard to put post types on--i wish it had more holes than slots. Great unit. I got it in white and I like it. Oh--as others have stated--I can't get the lock to work either, but that isn't a concern for me.

I bought this jewelry because the floor model one I had is old and some of the hanging racks are loose. I also needed a full length mirror in my bedroom suite, so I thought this would do the trick. It is better than I imagined. I hung it in my bathroom. In addition to the racks that hang over the top of the door, it has Velcro that also secures it to the door. Since my jewelry is the last thing I put on when getting dressed, it is in the perfect location. It also holds a great deal jewelry and the lock is great. It keeps my 5 year old granddaughter "who likes to see with her hands instead of with her eyes", stay out of trouble. I hope it holds up over time since it is kind of stuffed. Bought as a gift for my wife. She loves it. Lots of space for all sorts of jewelry. The key latch makes her feel like it's secure even though I'm sure it could be easily defeated. She feels good about it which is all that matters. Especially since she mostly stores costume jewelry in it anyway.She did not want it hung over the door, so I had to mount it to a wall. Installation took less than 10 minutes...probably less than five.It is certainly made well enough for it's purpose.

I love it! I got this locking jewelry case after having some jewelry stolen. I bought it mostly for security; though none of my jewelry is extremely expensive. After hanging it, I realized that I can see all my jewelry in a way that entices me to wear it! I got the white finish- a smooth finish and very well constructed . I think the earring holders could be a little narrower to hold the earings without stretching the wire. Otherwise, the only bad part is that now all three of my 20-something daughters want one. What a great gift this will make❤️

It held as much as they say. Good onstruction quality and I was happy with the purchase. True White color and the inside is actualy felt lined, not plastic with felt feel as others on the market.

Bought this for my mother. She says it's the best gift she's ever gotten. That says something because she's 94! Seriously, it really does the job. Has a nice light when the door opens and a lock. Can be easily assembled to hang over a door or mount on a wall. Very nice!

This piece is pretty cheap looking for the price. And I honestly would have kept it if the door hangers actually fit the door! I have a standard bathroom door in an apartment and the hangers were too small to fit over it. I even tried forcing it, but it just started to scrape the paint off of the door. Sadly, my search continues.
