These are good value cables. For the money, I feel like they're definitely sturdy and well built enough, though for sure a step down from the branded cable and Neutrik connectors, but also a lot, lot less expensive. I use them to connect up two KRK Rokit G4 monitors to my Focusrite interface and they do the trick with no sound interference and are perfectly quiet. Overall, I'm pleased with them and think they'll be fine as I don't move them around since they're in a studio environment. Maybe for gigging and touring I'd spring the extra money for something a touch more sturdy, but for home use, these are great value and the best "cheap" cables I have found on Amazon and I've bought a lot. Overall very happy. I would rate them five stars if the interconnects were branded or as good as branded, but you can't have it all at this price and they're nothing to turn your nose up at at all. The fact you can get them in so many colours is a really nice bonus for a cheap cable when colour coding in a cable heavy environment is a huge brain saver, or if you just want them to look nice.

In order to make cabling up the studio easier, I try to match leads to the devices - so hooking up the KRK Rockits needed yellow cables. These were actually the cheapest with postage, but as always VisioSounds cables deliver solid quality, no crackles or issues and a neat cable tie included.The XLR plugs fit firmly and positively into the KRK's combo jack, the TRS end fits the interface perfectly, and there's no hum even with everything cranked up.I've got VisioSound balanced cables that are years old and still working fine, and there's no reason to suggest these won't last. You can get fancier ones, but these are great value for money - for a home studio rather than gigs, you really don't need to spend more.

Bought a few of these over last few years. They’ve always been fine. One went faulty & true to the lifetime warranty it was replaced with 2 emails same day. Great comms & customer service!

I don't usually write reviews but I have to spread the word as this is something I was nearly bitten by! I just got some yamaha HS8s and the XLR to jack cables I bought with it were not balanced (turns out they are meant for mics). I had hissing and feedback all week whilst my PC was plugged in, nothing was open. So I decided to get these cables as a replacement as they have that extra notch in the jack specially to make them balanced. And I couldn't believe it, all the feedback has gone! They are completely silent, even when turned up to full. These cables add another level of clarity and remove all static. 100% worth the money. And the yellow looks cool.

I usually pay much more for cables which I use in the studio but needed something quickly to run a pair of active monitors. I was pleased with the construction and the feel of the cable used. After setting up the monitors I was very happy with the audio quality. After getting back in the studio I thought I would swap out my much more expensive cable on my main monitors and do a quick test. I was very surprised with the audio quality here too, even in a much more demanding situation. I would highly recommend these cables to anyone in the market for a great quality affordable cable. I got two of these in different colours to connect my subwoofer to my studio monitors. The TRS ends in the sub and the XLR ends in the monitors. The sound is now noticeably clearer than my previous trs to trs cables and, because these are balanced/grounded cables, there is noticeably less electrical hum. They seem well built and attractive too.

Used for sound card to active speakers, guitar fx to souncard and these are my 6th pair of leads - over a two year period and no issues with any of them.
